Momentsummit Mold Help is a referral service. Homeowners in Middlefield and the Middlefield area come to us with mold problems and ask for an estimate. We refer them to independent providers. If you run a mold business and want those homeowners to reach you, read on.

This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees or crews. You stay your own boss and run your own jobs.

Who We Are Looking For

We want independent businesses that work in:

• Residential mold remediation
• Black mold removal
• Mold inspection and testing

Solo operators and small companies are both welcome. You should serve homes in our area, such as basements, crawl spaces, attics and bathrooms.

What We Expect

Homeowners trust the people who show up. So we ask providers to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance that your state and local rules require
• Give written quotes before work starts
• Explain the plan in plain words
• Find and talk about the moisture source, not just the surface growth
• Be honest about what you can and cannot do
• Respond to referrals promptly during your own business hours

We do not set your prices, and we do not promise any volume of leads.
